The United States Sentencing Commission voted last month to recommend certain changes to the guidelines.  If approved by Congress those changes will go into effect on November 1, 2015.  Among the proposed changes are changes to loss amounts under 2b1.1 , 2b2.1 , 2b3.1 , 2R1.1 , 2t4.1 , 5e1.2 , and 8c2.4 .
